Growing up, I had the blessing of living with my grandma. A beautiful, hard-working, goodhearted, and spiritual woman. From the wisdom she instilled in me, having trust in nature and knowing the source of what I consumed are some of them. To ask who made it and with what was something that comes to her naturally. In this age with all the varieties of products that are coming out every day, that question is exactly what we should be asked to identify what is good and what is not good for us.

 

Nature has always given us what we needed. Nutritious food, healing medicine, plants and herbs to eat and to make us look great, and more. Natural remedies have been used on a day-to-day basis by our ancestors for thousands of years.
